Terms of service

These terms cover using Galaxy Automations. Month to month, no long-term contract, cancel anytime. The SMS terms below also apply to anyone who receives texts from a business using our service.
The service
Galaxy Automations provides done-for-you business texting: missed-call text-back, follow-ups on declined work, appointment and service reminders, review requests, win-back campaigns, a two-way inbox, and reporting on the work it brought back. Which of these you get depends on the plan you choose. We set the service up for you and we make changes for you on request.
Billing and cancellation
Plans are billed monthly in advance. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time by text or email; service ends at the close of the current billing month and no further charges are made. We do not pro-rate a partial month. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has begun. Annual prepay, where you pay for ten months and get twelve, is non-refundable once the term starts, and unused months are not returned if you cancel early.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having the right to contact the people on your customer list, for the accuracy of what you give us, and for following the texting laws that apply where you operate. We set up compliant messaging, register your number with the carriers, and honor opt-outs automatically, but we are not your lawyer and we cannot consent on your behalf.
Acceptable use
No unsolicited marketing to people who have not done business with you. No content that violates carrier rules or the law. No harassment, no deception about who is texting, and nothing in a category carriers prohibit. We may suspend service immediately for a violation that puts your number or our platform at risk, and we will tell you why.
Your data
Your customer list and your message history are yours, not ours. You can export them at any time, including after you cancel. We use them only to provide the service to you.
What we do not promise
Text messaging depends on mobile carriers that we do not control. Carriers can delay messages, filter them, or fail to deliver them, and they can suspend a number during registration review. We cannot guarantee that any individual message is delivered, delivered on time, or answered, and we do not guarantee any particular amount of recovered work. The service is provided as is, without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business, even if told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify active customers by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect and owe nothing further.

SMS terms
Program name: Galaxy Automations business texting. These apply to anyone who receives texts from a business using our service.
Program description
Galaxy Automations sends text messages on behalf of local service businesses (our customers) to their customers. Messages include replies to missed calls, appointment and service reminders, follow-ups on work you asked about, review requests, and two-way conversational texts with the business.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by business and by what you contacted them about. Most recipients receive no more than 6 messages per month. Conversational replies you send and receive while arranging work are not counted against that.
Cost
Msg and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. Galaxy Automations does not charge recipients anything.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business. You will receive one final confirmation message and nothing further. You may also ask the business directly to remove you from texting. Opt-outs are honored automatically and immediately.

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact the business directly. You can also reach Galaxy Automations at alex@galaxyautomations.ai.
Consent
By providing your phone number to a business using Galaxy Automations, or by texting or calling a business number enrolled in the program, you agree to receive text messages from that business at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
