How it works

Three steps. We do the first two.

Setup is done by a person, not a video course. Your part takes about an hour, once, and then it runs.

Setup takes about an hour of your time, once. We do the carrier paperwork, the number, the list and the writing.

  1. We set up texting on your number

One call to learn your services, your busy seasons, and how you talk to customers. We handle the carrier paperwork. Your phone keeps ringing like it always has.

  2. We build your follow-ups

Missed-call text-back, reminders, declined-work follow-ups, and review requests, written in your words and approved by you before anything goes live.

  3. You watch recovered money add up

Replies land in your inbox. Booked jobs get tallied on the dashboard with a dollar amount. You see what it brought back every month.

Missed-call text-back

You are under a truck or on a roof and the phone rings out. Before that person can scroll to the next name on Google, they get a text from your business number. It says you saw the call and asks what they need. Most people answer. Now you have a conversation instead of a lost call, and you can reply when your hands are free.

New caller
  1. Missed call, 10:42 AM
  2. Hey, this is Mike’s Auto. Sorry we missed you, we’re in the bay. What can we help with? Text here and we’ll get right back.10:42 AM
  3. Brakes are grinding on my F-150. Can you look at it this week?10:44 AM
  4. Yep. Thursday 8am or Friday 1pm open. Which works?10:51 AM
  5. Thursday 8. Thanks!10:52 AM
  6. Job booked

Money-recovered dashboard

Every booked job that started with a text gets tallied. Missed-call text-backs, follow-ups, reminders, win-backs, each on its own line with a dollar amount. Open it on your phone and see the month so far. If the number is not well above what you pay us, you should cancel, and we will say so.

Dashboard
  1. This month: $3,120 recovered
  2. 4 jobs from missed-call texts
  3. 3 jobs from follow-ups
  4. 5 jobs from reminders
Example dashboard numbers, not a real shop.

Everything else it does

The other five ways it gets you paid for work you already earned.

All of it runs from your own business number and lands in one inbox on your phone.

Declined-work follow-ups

Customers who said “not today” to a repair or quote get a friendly follow-up while the problem is still on their mind.

Pro and up
Service reminders

Oil changes, tune-ups, spring cleanups, quarterly treatments. Reminders go out on schedule so the repeat work keeps coming.

Pro and up
Google review requests

After each job, the customer gets one text with a direct link to leave you a Google review. More reviews, more calls.

Starter and up
Win-back texts

Customers who have not been back in a long time get a short check-in. Some of them just forgot about you.

Pro and up
Two-way texting inbox

Every reply lands in one inbox on your phone. Text back from your business number without giving out your cell.

Your first week

From the call to live, in about a week.

  1. Day 0

    Kickoff call, 30 minutes

We go through your services, your slow and busy seasons, your current phone setup, and what a good job looks like. You send us your customer list, in whatever shape it is in.

  2. Days 1 to 3

    Number and carrier registration

We make your business number text-capable and register it with the carriers so messages deliver. Nothing changes about your calls.

  3. Days 2 to 4

    Your messages, written and approved

We draft every text in your voice and your trade’s language. You read them, change what you want, and approve. Nothing goes out that you have not seen.

  4. Days 4 to 7

    Go live and training

We turn it on together. A 20-minute call shows you and your team the inbox on your phone. We text you our direct number.

  5. Every month after

    Check-in and tuning

We look at the dashboard together, adjust timing and wording, and add seasonal texts when they make sense. If it is not paying for itself, we say so.

Your side of setup is about an hour, once — a call, and a read-through of the texts.

Book a demo

Fifteen minutes.
Then you’ll know whether this is worth it.

A phone call with the person who would set it up. We look at how many calls you miss and whether this fits. If it does not, we will say so.
