About
Built by an owner who
missed calls for a living.
Galaxy Automations exists because the founder lost work to a phone he could not pick up, fixed it for his own company, and other owners asked how.

Alex Tkach — Founder, Galaxy Automations
In his words
I have mowed lawns and plowed snow for a living for 12 years. Most of that time it was me, a truck, and a phone that rang when I could not answer it.
I lost a lot of work that way. Not because I did bad work, but because someone called at 10 in the morning, I was on a mower, and by the time I called back at 5 they had hired someone else. I would find out later it was a season of weekly mowing or a snow contract. That adds up fast.
I also had a customer list full of people I had not talked to in a year or two. I always meant to reach out in the spring. I never did. There was always something more urgent.
A few years ago I set up automatic texts for my own company. A text back when I missed a call. A text to last year’s customers every March. A reminder about snow contracts every October. It was not fancy, but it worked. I stopped losing calls and I started filling the route in one morning instead of over a month.
Other owners asked me how I did it. That is where Galaxy Automations came from. I set it up for other trades the same way I set it up for myself: on your own number, in your own words, with no contract, and with a number on the screen that tells you if it is paying for itself.
I still run the lawn and snow company. I am not a software person who read about your trade. I am an owner like you who got tired of losing work to a phone I could not pick up.
How we work
Four promises, and how to hold us to them.
You talk to a person
When you book a demo, you get me on the phone. When you sign up, I set it up. When something is off, you text me.
We tell you if it is not a fit
If you answer every call and your customers are already coming back, you do not need this. I will say so on the demo.
You can leave whenever you want
Month to month. No contract. I would rather earn your business every month than lock you into a year.
We keep score
The money-recovered dashboard is there to keep me honest. If it is not paying for itself, you should cancel, and I will help you do it.
Why us, not the big platforms
You have seen the sales pitch.
Here is the fine print, side by side.
The big texting and review platforms sell to thousands of shops, and the complaints are the same every time: long contracts, hidden prices, and a support line that goes quiet after you sign. We built the opposite on purpose.
A typical big platform
Us
Twelve-month contracts with auto-renewal
Month to month. Cancel with a text.
“Contact us for pricing”
Every price is on the pricing page.
Setup is a login and a help center
A person sets it up on a call with you.
Support is a ticket queue
You get a direct number to text.
Texts go out from a number nobody recognizes
Texts come from your own business number.
Dashboards full of vanity metrics
One number: what it brought back this month.
The left column describes patterns reported in public reviews of this category. We do not name any company, because we cannot personally verify any individual company’s current terms.
What signing up looks like
Nothing about it is a surprise.
Kickoff call, carrier registration, your messages written and approved, go live, and a check-in every month after. The whole calendar is written down, day by day.
Book a demo
Fifteen minutes.
Then you’ll know
whether this is worth it.
A phone call with the person who would set it up. We look at how many calls you miss and whether this fits. If it does not, we will say so.
