If you bring your own hosting (GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc.) we'll work with it. Hosting through us is a separate $120/year line item — included free in any Orbit plan.

Social management is a different beast. Posting, replying, growing followers — that's a separate service we can refer you for.

We'll publish what you send us. If you want content written for you (blogs, SEO articles, newsletters), ask separately and we'll quote it.

Maintenance Questions, Answered.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. No contracts. Just send a 30-day notice and you're done. We'll hand off your latest backup and any access keys you don't already have.
Do unused edits roll over?▾
Yes — up to 2 months. So if you skip a month, you get double next month. After 2 months they reset, since care plans should be used, not banked forever.
Is there a discount for prepaying?▾
Yes. Save 10% if you prepay 6 months at a time. Just ask when you sign up — we'll send a single invoice instead of monthly billing.
What if I have an emergency outside of business hours?▾
Pro tier gets same-day response, including weekends and evenings. Standard is 24-hour. Basic is 48-hour. If your site is hard down, we always make best effort to get it back up fast — regardless of tier.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?▾
Anytime. Change tiers month-to-month. We'll prorate the first month so you're never paying for both.
What if my site wasn't built by Galaxy Automations?▾
Yes, we maintain any site. WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, custom HTML — doesn't matter. Just send us access. We do a one-time onboarding audit ($150) so we know what we're working with, then it's flat-rate from there.
